How do I install the app?
It's automatic. No need to do anything. Nada. Just install and you're good!
Google Speed Test / GMatrix FAQ
PageLoad Magic works on hover. That means, when a customer hovers over over a button, we start preloading the next page. On mobile, we start preloading when customer is viewing the button because there is no hovering functionality. Google Speed Test and GMatrix don't have preload functionality and won't show the app working, even though it is.
How can I test the app?

What's the logic behind the app?
Amazon and others found that removing 100 milliseconds of latency improves sales by 1%. What would you do with extra 1%? Or 10% sales? For humans, anything that happens in 100ms or less is perceived as instant. PageLoad Magic preloads the buttons on hover, thus improving the load times significantly. As a result, your store load times feel instant even on slower networks.

How do I install the app?

The best logo image size to use is 300x100px.
My logos are large, any way I can optimize them?
This goes not just for the logos but for all the images in your store. Always drag & drop the images through ImageOptim to get them as optimized as possible without any quality loss. Plus, it's totally free!

Why is my data not saving?
There could be a couple of reasons, most common are:
1. Brand name - The minimum length of brand names is 3. This is not our limitation, it's Shopify's. Alas, not much we can do here except respect it.
2. Plan - Check if your plan is still active.
This should cover about 99.99% of the cases. If you think it's something else, please let us know, we're happy to help.

How do I install the app?
Fundraiser is super simple to install. Just install the app and we take care of everything else. Automagic! :)
How to use Fundraiser?
1. Install the app & snippets - The moment you install the app and accept charges, snippets get automagically installed and you're good to go.
2. Add & configure Fundraiser section(s)
3. Enjoy. That's it. You've set up the app and all your orders will now be properly reflected.
Can I add multiple Fundraiser sections?
Definitely. You can add the fundraiser section anywhere on the homepage you want. Just go to the Theme Editor, then click add section and in Kaleido sections you will find the Fundraiser.
Can I add Fundraiser on custom pages?
You can add any number of Fundraiser sections and customize them to match the exact design you have in mind. Pro tip: We made it so customizable that you can also use them for non app related stuff if you want more control over your sections. Talking about added benefits :)
